Role

Responsibilities

Manage pre-arrival communication with guests to confirm

bookings, arrival details, and special requests.

Coordinate with villa caretakers prior to guest arrival to ensure the accommodation is prepared as per booking requirements.

 Welcome guests upon arrival and conduct a brief orientation, introducing villa features, facilities, and house guidelines.

 Provide timely and accurate information to guests regarding villa services, amenities, and local attractions.

Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between guests and villa caretakers to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of request.

Working hours

Monday

8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Thursday

8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Friday to Sunday

8:00 am - 4:00 pm
