About Boomerang Hospitality

We are building a design-forward specialty coffee and lifestyle space in Jaipur which blends craft coffee, thoughtful food, and community experiences. Fellows work directly with the founder and core team, own real projects, and build a portfolio that travels globally.

Role

Responsibilities
  • Devise a platform specific content strategy basis brand values and brand tone of voice
  • Plan and publish a 90-day content calendar
  • Produce 60 posts/stories and 12 Reels with simple edits (CapCut/Adobe/Canva).
  • Capture coffeeshop life: people, coffee, food, behind-the-scenes, community moments
  • Track weekly metrics and share insights. Target: +20% engagement vs baseline.
  • Support 6 micro-events (creator/influencer/community meetups, cuppings). Post event content within 24 hours.
  • Build a UGC pipeline. Target: 25 usable UGC assets per month.
  • Tools you will learn/use: ChatGPT, Canva or Adobe Express, CapCut or Premiere Rush, Google Drive, Google Business Suite, simple analytics dashboards.
  • What you will learn: brand strategy, brand voice, SMM, content strategy, basic of speciality coffee, social media matrices, creator/influencer marketing, event coverage, and basics of marketing analytics.
