Remote Duration

Responsibilities

All activities will be carried out virtually in the remote phase and then physically when the intern is in SPo Paulo/Brazil.

  • Design and execute GTM processes: from ideation to rollout of new features and commercial initiatives
  • Map and automate operational processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability
  • Create and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for GTM and operations
  • Work with product and technology teams to align operational needs with the roadmap
  • Build playbooks for different customer segments and implementation journeys
  • Participate in growth strategy, helping prioritize channels, regions and strategic partners
  • Act as a bridge with the Customer Success team, ensuring smooth delivery to the customer
