We are building a design-forward specialty coffee and lifestyle space in Jaipur which blends craft coffee, thoughtful food, and community experiences. Fellows work directly with the founder and core team, own real projects, and build a portfolio that travels globally
Role
Responsibilities
• Support the setup and tracking of basic business and operational data (sales, partnerships, performance metrics).
- • Assist in analysing data to identify trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- • Support planning and execution of community initiatives, events, and brand collaborations.
- Assist in identifying and engaging potential partners and collaborators.
- Coordinate with internal teams on defined projects and timelines.
- Participate in regular reflection, feedback, and learning sessions with the founding team.

Monday to Saturday
10:00 am - 6:00 pm
