Role
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver a comprehensive approach to identify, attract and hire candidates in Latam
- Utilize existing platforms and integrated systems to identify candidates, pre-screen qualified talent, and develop short lists for the countries
- Support in candidates sourcing related projects to increase Hilti's visibility
- Continuously document and expand network of websites, user groups and other resources where talent can be found to generate possible candidates
- Work closely with HR reporting in mantaining Recruitment Data clean & up to date
- Keeps track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and reports on them
- Assist in putting together trainings and presentations

8:00 am - 5:00 pm
