Role

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate sustainability procurement projects and track progress.

2. Develop simple dashboards and reports to monitor project status.

3. Support implementation and follow-up of the sustainability procurement roadmap and supplier sustainability initiatives.

4. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder followup.

5. Prepare project documentation, communication, and updates.

6. Collaborate with procurement colleagues to track and align results with objectives.

7. Draft data-driven reports and presentations to communicate progress to stakeholders.

8. Research and recommend best practices for sustainable procurement strategies.

9. Assist in organizing and facilitating workshops or meetings on sustainability initiatives.

10. Adapt to new tools and methodologies to support role requirements effectively.

11. Provide administrative and operational support to the Sustainability Procurement team.

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
