Role
Responsibilities
- Analyze business performance and proactively communicate challenges and opportunities to management through clear, fact-based insights, proposing actionable recommendations.
- Develop and lead diverse financial analyses focused on business trends, performance evaluation, projections, and management reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of the business model, its financial implications, and to support management with value-added decision-making.
- Coordinate and deliver rolling forecasts in collaboration with the controller team, ensuring alignment with business partners and clear communication of results to management and regional stakeholders.
- Support the Perfect Year start process by restating the Financial Management Report of the previous year to ensure comparability with the current years structure.
- Take ownership of implementing regional and local finance initiatives, tracking their execution and measuring their business impact.
- Actively engage in cross-functional collaboration across departments and within the controller community to foster alignment and best practice sharing.
