Role

Responsibilities
  • Join a company and factory tour to understand Kaneda Motors operations, including vehicle maintenance, design, and sales.
  • Study the company's social media and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct practical market research and propose social media content based on selected regional trends.
  • Learn about Japanese business manners and compare them with home-country practices.
  • Prepare and deliver a cultural presentation to company staff.
  • Interview employees and create internal reports or newsletters.
  • Receive feedback and present a final summary of key learnings and insights.
  • Participate in an academic seminar hosted by AIESEC in Japan Hokkaido Universities Local Committee to deepen understanding of your academic field and reinforce learnings from the internship.
