Role

Responsibilities

Main Activities:

  • Liaison with the Marketing & social media Team for Leads
  • Manage leads coming from different channels: 1) Social Media,2) Walk In Customers, 3) Referrals and 4) Potential Clients in the existing Pipeline.
  • Cater all sorts of clients i.e. B to B (Corporate Clients i.e. Companies and B to C i.e. Regular Consumers)
  • Connect with Clients via calls
  • Conduct meetings with the Clients
  • Develop an understanding of the client
  • Giving briefings, demos and presentations to the Clients
  • Coordination with the other departments for to cater the needs and specifications of client: Design Department, Costing Department and Import Department for Quotations & Proposals
  • Project Management (Post Sales)
