Role

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic support to Regional Account Management, integrating Sales Operations and Business Analysis functions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report key account management KPIs, ensuring reliable information for decision-making. 
  • Optimize and standardize Account Management and account lifecycle processes. 
  • Develop and maintain management tools, executive reports, and dashboards using advanced Excel and BI tools. Prepare reports and executive presentations for internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Ensure the control, quality, and consistency of commercial and operational information. 
  • Act as backup for Regional Account Management, leading meetings with clients and internal teams, and ensuring continuity of processes and decisions. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects with commercial, operational, and corporate teams. 
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in Spanish and English at the executive level.
