Role

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with TCS offices to support with business requirements.
  • Drive expansion initiatives for the ACE Program.
  • Maintain strong relationships with AIESEC International and country-level entities outside India.
  • Oversee contracts, legal compliance, and documentation standards.
  • Oversee absorption processes for interns transitioning to full-time roles.
  • Lead internal marketing campaigns to promote ACE within TCS.
  • Track global numbers, program growth, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports to ACE Supervisor and leadership.
  • Manage payment processing with AIESEC.
  • Ensure Compliance as per TCS norms.
  • Must be open for possible relocation within India as required by ACE Team.
