Role
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and greeting guests on arrival
- Assisting with check-in and check-out processes
- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly
- Managing special guest requests and preferences
- Coordinating with housekeeping, front office, and F&B teams
- Attending to VIP and repeat guests
- Collecting guest feedback and maintaining guest hospitality
