Role
Responsibilities
- Execute all activities related to Tactical Procurement according to the LATAM Sourcing Calendar, including supplier evaluations, contract reviews, and sourcing processes.
- Maintain and organize procurement documentation, ensuring data accuracy within internal systems.
- Support the development and execution of Supplier Management initiatives and processes.
- Research market trends and supplier landscapes to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as creating and designing professional presentations and documentation for stakeholder communication.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze procurement data from multiple LATAM countries.
- Support the development of dashboards and reports to track key procurement metrics and performance indicators.
- Execute and deliver reports requested by headquarters or regional teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with global standards and policies.
- Support tracking and managing key Procurement projects.
