Role
Responsibilities
Main responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their offers, target audiences, and brand voice
- Plan and build simple sales funnels, landing pages, and lead capture flows using no-code tools (e.g. GoHighLevel, Systeme, WordPress)
- Write persuasive marketing copy for landing pages, email sequences, ads, and social media captions
- Map customer journeys and configure CRM logic, including tagging, segmentation, automations, and lead-routing flows
- Coordinate with design and automation teammates to deliver all campaign assets on time
- Test, launch, and monitor funnels to ensure correct tracking, smooth user experience, and lead flow
- Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, including simple reporting and next-step recommendations
- Document setups, processes, and changes for each account
Requirements
- Degree or practical experience in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration OR a technical background with solid experience in digital marketing or CRM tools
- Hands-on experience working inside funnel or CRM platforms (e.g. GoHighLevel, Systeme, WordPress, or similar)
- Bonus: experience with GoHighLevel, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, or comparable no-code platforms
- Proven skills in: Funnel planning and building using no-code tools CRM logic, including tag-based segmentation, automations, and lead flows Copywriting for landing pages, email sequences, and ads Content planning and messaging strategy Client-facing communication and basic performance reporting
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic sales psychology
- Nice to have: working knowledge of Canva, Trello, Slack, and Zapier
