Role

Responsibilities

Develop sales planning based on the product project OR propose an improvement plan in the company's sales process, through the definition of KPIs, deadlines, results planning and ROI; Implementation of the sales process, through a clear execution routine; Develop/evolve the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool in a strategic way to measure the achievement of goals; Analyze the conversion rate within each sales process, with clear goals and projections for improving efficiency; Propose an improvement plan in the implemented sales process, based on the main bottlenecks, with the goal of increasing lead conversion for customers and new markets.
