Role
Responsibilities
Key activities:
- End-to-end planning and meticulous follow-up of domestic and international logistics operations based on customer orders.
- Organizing transportation (especially partial road freight) and efficiently managing transport modes.
- Preparing and verifying all necessary documents related to shipments and dispatches (delivery notes, transport documents, invoices, etc.) accurately and completely.
- Ensuring all logistics processes are executed in accordance with determined Incoterms (e.g., EXW, FCA, CIP).
- Supporting the entire supply chain flow by actively coordinating with the Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales teams.
- Maintaining professional communication with domestic and international freight forwarders/logistics companies, obtaining quotes, and managing processes.
- Preferably: Having basic knowledge of customs procedures and regulations and providing support when necessary.
Key Requirements We Look for in Candidates:
- International Trade Knowledge: Complete familiarity with Incoterms terminology used in international trade.
- Transportation Experience: Practical knowledge and experience, especially in road transportation and partial (LTL/Groupage) shipments.
- Supply Chain Awareness: Basic familiarity with core supply chain processes such as
- Purchasing, Warehouse Management, and Sales.
- Education: Preferably a graduate of Logistics, Foreign Trade, or related departments.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English; ability to communicate effectively both in written and verbal business contexts.
- Competencies: Strong planning, coordination, and follow-up skills, with a careful and meticulous work habit.
- Personal Attributes: Team-oriented, solution-focused, and possessing an analytical mindset.
