Role

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and courteously to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient wait list, effectively communicating with the wait times to guests.
  • Escort guests to their tables, provide menus, and inform them about the restaurant.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Coordinate with serving staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Assist in managing the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and waiting areas.
  • Provide support during special events, ensuring guests are well accommodated.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, promotions, and restaurant events.
  • Always uphold the restaurants standards of service and presentation.
  • Manage reservation systems and input data accurately.
  • Handle phone calls, taking reservations, and answering queries.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff shifts as needed.
  • Maintain records of guest feedback and concerns for management review.
