Role
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and courteously to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and efficient wait list, effectively communicating with the wait times to guests.
- Escort guests to their tables, provide menus, and inform them about the restaurant.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Coordinate with serving staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist in managing the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and waiting areas.
- Provide support during special events, ensuring guests are well accommodated.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, promotions, and restaurant events.
- Always uphold the restaurants standards of service and presentation.
- Manage reservation systems and input data accurately.
- Handle phone calls, taking reservations, and answering queries.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff shifts as needed.
- Maintain records of guest feedback and concerns for management review.
