Areas & Key Activities
1. Process:
Maintains guest logs and monitors VIP arrivals
Ensures smooth check-in/check-out experiences
Escalates guest issues to the manager when needed
2. Customer:
Understands guest needs and preferences
Assists in collecting and reporting guest feedback
Helps implement service improvements
Builds rapport with guests and supports lobby presence
3. People:
Collaborates with team members
Participates in team briefings and communication
Supports recognition programs like STARS
4. Audit & Compliance:
Learns and follows safety and hygiene standards
Assists in internal checklist reviews
Adheres to legal and operational compliance guidelines
5. Safety:
Understands basic safety protocols
Supports emergency procedures under supervision
Participates in safety briefings and drills convert to word document
