Role
Responsibilities
- Attend onboarding with NGO representatives to understand beneficiaries, existing challenges, operations and expected outcomes.
- Conduct an initial assessment to measure baseline impact and organizational efficiency.
- Plan and structure weekly activities based on NGO needs and collect feedback from partners and AIESEC.
- Analyze the NGO’s business model, internal processes and past campaigns to identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather feedback from existing partners to identify collaboration gaps and areas for partnership enhancement.
- Map competitors and evaluate Good Case Practices to integrate into the NGO’s practices.
- Research and identify potential new partners and conduct interviews to explore partnership opportunities.
- Build a Development Plan for the organization and refine it based on stakeholder feedback.
- Improve or establish digital presence including website, social media pages and project campaign assets.
- Create or refine branding guidelines and customer/beneficiary flow documentation for smoother engagement.
- Facilitate stakeholder mapping and management training workshop with NGO staff.
- Organize and execute branding and networking events to enhance the NGO’s visibility.
- Run online campaigns to attract visitors and potential collaborators to the NGO’s platform.
- Host networking events and Open Doors Night to engage the community and potential sponsors/donors.
- Debrief events and prepare follow-up plans to continue momentum in outreach and partnerships.
- Develop strategies to maintain beneficiary and stakeholder engagement beyond the project duration.
- Contact prospective new partners and investors to schedule collaboration meetings.
- Conduct strategy sessions with the NGO to refine social impact initiatives based on project insights.
- Facilitate workshops and training for NGO staff on topics such as fundraising, impact measurement, and social media management.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from beneficiaries using surveys, interviews and focus groups.
- Analyze post-project awareness levels to measure overall impact.
- Prepare a comprehensive final report and present findings to AIESEC and the NGO.
- Participate in closing ceremony with beneficiaries and conduct a debrief on project outcomes, improvements and future recommendations.
