Role
Responsibilities
- Participate in onboarding sessions with the NGO to understand beneficiaries, current practices, and project expectations.
- Conduct an initial assessment to benchmark the communitys current awareness level of sustainability.
- Plan weekly sustainable-lifestyle learning activities and collect feedback from NGO partners and AIESEC.
- Shadow NGO partners to learn about current agriculture methods and ongoing sustainability initiatives.
- Research and analyze good sustainable agriculture practices from studies and global case examples.
- Conduct workshops with NGO partners to present and discuss best practices and co-create improvement strategies.
- Participate in fieldwork activities related to sustainable farming and animal welfare.
- Capture field activity documentation (photos/videos) and create awareness content (reels/posts) for social media campaigns.
- Design and implement outdoor learning activities with children, teens, and adults (e.g., treasure hunts in nature, recycling art projects, fitness-based sustainable activities).
- Facilitate round-table discussions on everyday responsible consumption, including water and energy use, food waste, fashion sustainability, recycling and device lifespan.
- Conduct training sessions demonstrating simple recycling and eco-friendly lifestyle habits for beneficiaries.
- Document sustainable practices introduced and adopted throughout the project period.
- Collect qualitative and quantitative feedback from beneficiaries using surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Analyze progress and measure post-project awareness to identify impact outcomes.
- Prepare a comprehensive project impact report and present it to AIESEC and NGO partners.
- Participate in the final closing ceremony with beneficiaries and debrief insights, successes, and recommendations for future continuity.
