Role

Responsibilities
  • Build and develop a niche market by expanding a network of candidates and clients.
  • Source candidates through adverts, database searches, and proactive outreach to quickly cover roles.
  • Consult and manage candidates through the full recruitment process, from screening to offer stage.
  • Win new business by pulling in job opportunities, negotiating terms, and establishing new client relationships.
  • Manage multiple vacancies at the same time, prioritising tasks and maintaining accurate database records.
  • Run high-volume sales activity, including outbound calls and consistent communication with clients and candidates.
  • Complete structured training, engage with learning modules, and finish follow-up tasks to progress.
  • Achieve and exceed targets such as role coverage, job pulling, and market-building milestones.
  • Write clear, compelling job adverts and professional written communication.
  • Build strong professional relationships and maintain effective communication with candidates and clients.
