Role

Responsibilities
  • Communication with logistics stakeholders:
  • Plant ETD : Pick up & consolidation
  • Tracking numbers information Communication with customer reviewing: Backordering Big hits (weekly calls with partners) detailed OM report review OM-BH analysis and action defined with Partner.
  • ETA for cargo & Shipments.
  • BL information & confirmation with customers Tracking and reporting status and performance of shipments , resolving any issues and delays related to the transit of the goods.

Working hours

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 6:00 pm
