About Pink Lotus Jewellery

Net Turizm A.Ş was established in 1974 by gathering about a hundred tourist guides, brought many innovations to the touristic retail sector including the Bazaar 54 brand. In 1977, the company opened the first Bazaar 54 store in Istanbul, in the building number 54 on Nuruosmaniye Street.

Role

Responsibilities
  • Attend training sessions to grow knowledge of product and to develop customer service skills
  • Resolve phone, walk-in, mail, fax and email customer inquiries
  • Process and loggin incoming calls into CRM system
  • Identify customer needs
  • Forward and escalate inquiries to relevant individuals and departments
  • Contact customers to give them accuarete feedback on the progress of their inquiries
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Update customer information as required
  • Maintain confidentially of information
  • Perform other duties as the need arises

Working hours

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Saturday

9:00 am - 2:00 pm
