• Greet clients warmly and consult with them to understand their needs, assess health conditions, and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Ensure a welcoming, relaxing, and comfortable environment for clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their spa experience.
• Suggest and promote retail products and additional spa services to clients.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date client files, noting treatment preferences, health conditions, and post-treatment recommendations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and the spa facilities, strictly adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and replenish spa supplies, ensuring the treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and properly prepared for each client.
• Stay informed about the latest spa trends, techniques, products, and industry best practices through ongoing training.
• Work collaboratively with other spa staff to ensure smooth operations and provide a holistic wellness experience.

Skills Required

• Holding a professional massage therapy license and potentially cosmetology or aesthetics certifications.
