Role

Responsibilities

Working alongside the corporate development team on the maintenance and development of global laboratory solutions (Global standardization and development of tests, documentation, equipment maintenance, investigation, and support for results deviations on a global scale).

The expectation is to have someone with high motivation and focus on contributing to the project. From a technical perspective, rapid learning, precise execution of testing procedures, performing basic statistical analysis, and presenting results and conclusions. From a behavioral perspective, the intern is expected to be a driver of cultural intelligence, encouraging the entire lab team to improve their intercultural communication skills, promoting clarity, patience, adaptability and acting as a bridge, strengthening the lab's international network.

- Hands on experimental execution: learning the details of each test from operators and experts;

- Data collection: monitoring experiments, making objective observations, and recording raw data ensuring accuracy and traceability;

- Data processing: organizing and analyzing the collected data to perform statistical analysis and generate preliminary insights;

- Documentation: study and review of operational procedures to ensure global standardization.

- Reporting: summarizing progress, key experimental outcomes, and initial conclusions in reports or presentations for the team or supervisor;

- Troubleshooting: Identifying and attempting to resolve simple equipment malfunctions or experimental issues under the guidance of a senior researcher;

- Collaboration and Communication: actively participating in team meetings to discuss results and next steps. Asking clarifying questions to the supervisor when protocols are unclear.
