Role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily production activities to ensure timely completion of targets.
- Monitor machinery, tools, and equipment to maintain optimal performance and safety.
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the production process.
- Assist in training and guiding production assistants or volunteers.
- Track production metrics (output, waste, downtime) and report findings.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and distribution teams for smooth workflow.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and minimize errors.

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
