Opportunity to learn and get exposed from the inside to the Pharma industry and understand the business operations activities to commercialize multiple drug products in Immunology and Neurology in a region that comprises 16 European countries.

The individual will work and collaborate with multiple different stakeholders across various internal functions that will enable to understand the key roles and responsibilities for these.Coordinate Invitations & Meetings: Organize and schedule invitations for the MIM monthly performance checks. Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed and invited.

• Lead Presentation Coordination: Oversee the collection and integration of input for presentations. Be responsible for adding data when relevant for Monthly Performance Checks and Impact Exchange Meetings with Europe or any other similar meetings.
• Document and Follow-Up: Record agreed action points from meetings. Ensure thorough follow-up and provide the latest status updates at each meeting.
• Country Lead Calls:Collaborate with the General Managers to ensure the agenda is set and shared two weeks in advance for each meeting. Capture and follow up on action points.
