Responsibilities
- Prepare HR/Excel reports
- Run different trainings
- Ensure monitoring of the employee life cycle
- Execute the initiatives of the centers of expertise
- Manage the onboarding process
- Execute engagement activities
- Support in internal communication
- Participation in talent programs
- Centralization of news for payroll
- Compensation analysis
