About OK Roda

Volleyball Club “Roda”, established in 1997, has a long-standing tradition of promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth through volleyball. For more than two decades, the club has been dedicated to the athletic and educational development of children and youth aged 7 to 18, helping young athletes reach their full potential both on and off the court. Our programs are designed to nurture not only volleyball technique and physical fitness but also essential values such as discipline, respect, perseverance, and fair play. The club operates male and female competitive teams, as well as a volleyball school for beginners and younger players. With a professional coaching staff and a supportive environment, VC “Roda” provides an ideal foundation for both recreational and competitive athletes. As an active member of the Belgrade Volleyball Association, the club regularly participates in official city-level championships and tournaments throughout Serbia, earning recognition for its sportsmanship and consistent success. Our teams have achieved remarkable results in Belgrade Championships, demonstrating the club’s commitment to excellence and long-term athlete development. Beyond competition, VC “Roda” strives to create a positive community for young athletes, encouraging healthy lifestyles, friendship, and a love for the game that lasts a lifetime.

Role

Responsibilities

- Assisting in the training process – supporting the Head Coach during practice sessions, helping organize drills, and guiding young players through exercises.

- Motivating and engaging children – encouraging participation, building team spirit, and creating a positive and enjoyable training atmosphere.

- Participating in sports and pedagogical work  promoting fair play, discipline, cooperation, and respect among players.

- Communicating with players, parents, and coaching staff  ensuring effective information exchange and maintaining a supportive environment.

- Collaborating with other staff members  sharing ideas, experiences, and feedback to improve training quality and team performance.

- (Optional/Additional) Supporting the clubs communication and social media activities  occasionally assisting in creating or sharing training updates, photos, and club news.

Wednesday

9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Thursday to Friday

8:00 am - 12:00 pm
