Role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational activities for designated divisions within DHL. ​
- Manage job postings and candidate sourcing across relevant channels.​
- Screen and evaluate applications, creating shortlists of qualified candidates.​
- Support with the selection process in close collaboration with hiring managers.​
- Support with the hiring process alongside HR business partners.​
- Support international migration processes in partnership with AIESEC.​
- Maintain proactive communication and provide regular updates to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and contribute to diverse HR projects, adapting to evolving business needs.
