Role
1) Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in the ICT hardware and software sectors.
Identify and target new business opportunities, focusing on B2B clients.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive sales growth.
2) Market Knowledge & Business Development:
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in
the ICT space.
Leverage market knowledge to identify high-potential opportunities and expand the company's client base.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3) Sales Performance:
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning, relationship building, and client engagement.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track progress against targets.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitable deals.
4) Team Collaboration & Leadership:
Work closely with the technical, marketing, and product development teams to ensure product offerings meet
client needs.
Provide mentorship and support to junior sales staff, sharing market insights and sales strategies.
5) Find and encourage potential clients to join the Techfix course.
There would also be the opportunity to travel around parts of the country (outside of Nairobi) to meet/engage with existing/new clients.
