Role

Responsibilities
  • Build dashboards and KPI reports to monitor centralization progress and performance trends
  • Process Standardization & Documentation
  • Provide administrative support to MO HR teams during transition
  • Develop knowledge of local regulations and best practices across the region
  • Identify similarities, gaps, and improvement opportunities to support process harmonization

Monday to Friday

8:00 am - 5:00 pm
