Role
Responsibilities
- Mapping and documenting existing processes (AS-IS) and proposing improvements (TO-BE)
- Supporting the application of Lean/Kaizen methodologies such as 5S, PDCA, and root cause analysis
- Monitoring performance indicators and suggesting corrective actions
- Participating in improvement meetings with different teams,
- Assisting in the implementation of process automation and digitization, contributing to the standardization of procedures and operational best practices
Skills: Kaizen / Lean methodologies and tools: Basic knowledge of Lean Management, 5S, PDCA, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM); familiarity with performance indicators (KPIs) and waste analysis; basic knowledge of Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis (Ishikawa, 5 Whys). Analytical and digital skills: Data analysis capabilities advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, or equivalent tools); knowledge of process automation (e.g., Power Automate, Python, etc.); basic understanding of process management (BPMN) and workflow documentation.
