Role

Responsibilities
  • Administer all types of service maintenance tasks performed by the field service workforce, using relevant databases and applications to ensure up-to-date customer data at all times.
  • Meet the administrative requirements set by the Field Service and Field Sales teams, supporting sales targets for defined products and related service maintenance contracts.
  • Proactively work to understand and address customer needs, identifying solutions for non-standard requests or issues.
  • Maintain constant collaboration with the Service Sales, Order Management, and Technical Support teams to acquire and sustain in-depth knowledge of their internal processes.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the product portfolio and related services, focusing on their impact on the customer experience.
  • Detect and escalate any problems or data errors within assigned responsibilities.
  • Actively participate in team-related activities (projects, events, visits, and additional tasks).
