Role
As part of the My Way team, the coordinator role will be working on the following projects:
Onsite & virtual coordination of the programme logistics.
Communication with programme participants.
Administrative support to the facilitators of the programme.
Stakeholders management: - PwC Internal services. - External speakers and organisations. - Senior leaders from territories across Europe, Middle East and Africa. - Programme participants – Key talent.
Programme data evaluation and reporting.
Ensuring innovation on processes.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for smooth flow of all logistical actions for each workshop (intense preparation in advance, during and after coordination of all ad-hoc issues).
Creating high quality communication and training materials related to the programme.
Collaborating with My Way programme Lead, coaches, administration center and guest speakers for all workshops and as back office support in between workshops.
Being a dynamic member of the My Way Team, with a positive, cost effective, caring and “can do attitude”, throughout the workshops and at the office in between workshops.
Building and maintaining (internal) communication platforms.
Supporting the adoption of new technologies and improvement of current operations.
Evaluating and collecting the data of My Way and reporting.
Applying your expertise in creating visually appealing and impactful presentations, such as slides, that effectively communicate insights and recommendations.
Identifying areas for improvement in existing processes, propose innovative solutions, and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and quality.
EXPECTED CHALLENGES
Managing intense working periods before, during and after the workshops.
High-quality and detail-oriented work, even under time pressure.
Various decision-making moments.
Management of autonomy, anticipation and planning, especially in back-to-back workshops.
Alternating periods of working together with the team and periods of travel (in case of physical workshops).
Interaction with Senior Managers and Directors from PwC across 23 territories.
Learning to use new platforms with resourcefulness.
Challenging and constantly evolving existing UX based on the feedback.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Proven track record in project/event management
Understanding of/experience with basic processes in HR, marketing, and operations.
Ability to travel extensively throughout Europe (if we have opportunity for physical workshops)
Bachelor's degree - required
Availability to complete a 12 months role (required)
Fluent English required (other languages preferred, knowledge of German would be appreciated)
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Understanding of/experience with digital learning technologies, data analysis
Challenge-seeking personality and willingness to step out of comfort zone
Organizational skills (project management, event management, time management, problem-solving, analytics, time management)
Communication skills (will be communicating with Senior Managers and Directors)
Flexibility, adaptability, ability to rapidly connect with other people
MS Office packet – required: Word, Excel (advanced), PowerPoint and equivalent Microsoft tools
Will be plus if candidate knows how to use Adobe packet and PowerBI
Past international experience would be appreciated
