Responsibilities
- ADEPT Career Development Workshops - Ensure the high-quality delivery of ADEPT career development workshops, consistently providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Workshop Concept Management - Effectively manage the end-to-end delivery of the ADEPT career development workshop concept, while continuously bringing fresh, innovative perspectives to enhance impact and relevance.
- Key Vacancy Process (KVP) - Provide comprehensive support for the Key Vacancy Process (KVP), including the preparation of KVP bulletins, crafting compelling career stories, maintaining accurate distribution lists, and proactively identifying key vacancies across the DHL Group
- Talent Management Data & KPIs - Deliver accurate analysis and clear summary highlights of talent management data, including talent pool insights and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), to support strategic decision-making.
- Development Opportunities - Support the design and delivery of impactful development opportunities, including mentoring and talent programs, to foster growth and engagement.
- Process Improvement - Drive continuous improvement of existing processes with efficiency and enthusiasm, fostering engagement and lasting impact.
- Creativity & Innovation - Bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to talent initiatives, enhancing engagement, storytelling, and impact across stakeholder groups.
