Role

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional/ Global projects to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Coordinate testing /UAT in the service line (test cases preparation, execution and feedback to the project Lead).
  • Support stakeholder (project lead, AR management..) communication through regular updates.
  • Lead the identification, analysis, and redesign of key business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and performance diagnostics using Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies.
  • Map current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes, defining measurable outcomes and improvement targets.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for process optimization
