Technical Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets or accounts.
Present and demonstrate products or solutions to potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical and commercial proposals.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Follow up on quotations and negotiate terms to close deals.
Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve technical issues.
Technical Support
Collaborate with the engineering team to design solutions that meet client needs.
Provide technical presentations, training, and product demonstrations.
Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Proposal & Documentation
Prepare technical and commercial offers, cost estimates, and tenders.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.
Support in the preparation of sales forecasts and market analysis reports
