Role
Responsibilities
- Support EKAD Expert with unapplied cash;
- Reconcile customer data;
- Process customer queries;
- Investigate digitalization / automation possibilities;
- Contact customers and/or other stakeholders to reduce outstanding debt;
- Analyse recurring queries and set action plan to reduce.

Monday to Friday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
