Role

Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential clients that fit the companys Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across target markets.
  • Execute personalized outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies for different industries and decision-maker profiles.
  • Qualify leads based on their needs and potential fit before passing them to Business Development Managers.
  • Maintain accurate and organized lead data in the CRM for full transparency and effective follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to align on target markets and outreach messaging. 
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine targeting strategies. 
  • Track key outreach metrics (calls, emails, response rates, meetings booked) and report progress regularly. 
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions, ensuring strong communication and brand consistency.
