RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making

- Gather and analyze reporting requirements from business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals

- Connect, transform, and model data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, databases, Excel, cloud platforms, etc.)

- Optimize existing dashboards and data models for performance and usability

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reporting solutions

- Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to management and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance)

- Collaborate with IT and Data teams to improve data infrastructure and reporting processes

- Stay updated with Power BI and business intelligence trends, suggesting new approaches to improve analytics capabilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field

- Proven experience in designing and developing dashboards and reports using Power BI

- Strong skills in data modeling, DAX, and Power Query (M language)

- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases

- Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes

- Experience with ERP/CRM data sources (e.g., SAP, Dynamics, Logo) is a plus

- Advanced MS Excel skills

- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

- Good communication skills to translate complex data insights into clear business language

- Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
