Role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate effective communication between customers and the sales team to ensure
- Enter customer orders into the ERP/CRM system under the guidance of the sales representative, or independently in their absence, and follow up the process in coordination with relevant departments
- Ensure product stock status checks, availability confirmations, and order reservations
- Prepare quotations based on information provided by the sales team and share them with customers in a timely manner
- Facilitate effective communication between customers and the sales team to ensure smooth information flow
- Track all order-related system documents (invoices, delivery notes, contracts, etc.)
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse departments during the delivery process and provide delivery information to customers
- Monitor post-delivery documents (delivery receipts, signed delivery notes, etc.) and update system records accordingly
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, etc.)
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Preferably experienced in sales support, order management, or customer relations
- Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Logo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is a plus
- Strong command of MS Office applications, especially Excel, with reporting skills
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and result-driven
- A team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Skilled in time management and prioritization
