Role
Responsibilities
The Expansion Analyst will drive The Coffees franchise sales by identifying and qualifying potential franchisees, conducting consultative presentations, analyzing financials, and managing the sales process to contract signing. The role aims to expand the brand nationally and internationally, ensuring strategic growth, strong franchise alignment, and increased market presence.
- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential franchisees.
- Support consultative presentations online and in-person.
- Analyze franchisee financial statements and prepare reports.
- Track the sales process until contract signing.
- Maintain active communication with leads.
- Help research and propose strategic commercial locations.
- Collaborate with Legal, Marketing, Architecture, and Supply teams.
- Update and manage the sales CRM system.
- Assist in developing strategies to accelerate franchise growth.

9:00 am - 6:00 pm
