Industry & Company Research

• Participants will conduct an in-depth study of Excel System Product and its parent company IT Innovation, covering their business domains, IT solutions, and client base. They will also analyze the companys role within Japans IT industry and gain insights into broader industry trends, such as digital transformation (DX), IoT, and AI applications. This stage will help participants build a solid foundation of knowledge about the company and the industry before advancing to applied research.

Market Research in India

• Participants will carry out structured market research focusing on Indias IT infrastructure, business environment, and regulatory framework. This includes identifying key competitors, understanding industry-specific challenges, and analyzing demand in target sectors such as manufacturing, research institutions, and higher education. Special attention will be given to how IT solutions, such as research support tools and software platforms, are adopted and localized in the Indian market.

Reporting & Presentation

• At each stage of the research, participants will prepare detailed reports summarizing their findings and insights. These reports will be shared internally with company employees to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer. In addition, participants will present their results weekly to both employees and AIESEC members, developing their communication and presentation skills while receiving constructive feedback.

Feedback & Discussion

• Throughout the program, participants will receive continuous guidance and advice from company employees. Group discussions will be held regularly, allowing the participants to exchange perspectives, refine their research approaches, and incorporate feedback into their work. This interactive process ensures that the research evolves in response to professional insights and helps participants strengthen their analytical thinking and adaptability.

Practical & Academic Learning

• In addition to desk research, participants will gain exposure to real-world practices by visiting company facilities and observing how IT solutions are developed, implemented, and managed. They will also participate in academic seminars organized by AIESEC, featuring lectures and discussions with university professors. Furthermore, cultural exchange activities, such as presentations on their home country and discussions on Japanese culture, will foster mutual understanding and enhance the overall learning experience.
