Role

Responsibilities

Main activities & Task:

1. Dive into User Research

 Explore and understand the needs, desires, and behaviors of diverse user groups.

 Use a mix of methods like interviews, surveys, usability tests, and shadowing sessions.

 Get hands-on experience with tools such as the System Usability Scale (SUS) and turn your

findings into actionable insights.

2. Turn Research into Insights

 Analyze data to uncover patterns and opportunities for improvement.

 Bring users to life through personas, journey maps, and scenarios that help shape product design.

3. Collaborate and Co-Create

 Work side-by-side with designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

 Take part in design thinking workshops, ideation sessions

4. Share Your Discoveries

 Synthesize research results and present them in clear, visual, and actionable ways that inspire

teams and stakeholders.

5. Design & Prototype

 Support the creation of wireframes and prototypes in Figma, helping ideas come to life and

prepare for development.

6. Learn How UX Meets Business

 Market our services and explain our UX  la carte service offering to internal teams, gaining

exposure to how design connects to value.

7. Drive Continuous Improvement

 Track usability improvements and see the real impact of your work in action.

 Be part of building a culture where feedback and iteration are at the heart of UX design.
