Role
Responsibilities
-Assisting clients with installation and setup of the eBar POS and KDS applications. -Providing first-line support via phone, email, or teamviewer for technical issues. -Troubleshooting hardware/software integration (printers, scanners, fiscal devices). -Documenting and reporting recurring problems to the senior support team. -Collaborating with developers to test bug fixes and software updates. -Preparing user guides and simple FAQ instructions for clients. -Supporting the training of new users during system rollout.

8:00 am - 3:00 pm
