Role

Responsibilities

Required:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, JavaScript, .NET etc.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of IT service management and integrations.
  • Familiarity with the ITSM tools market (including CA Service Management, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)

Preffered:

  • Basic understanding of IT service management concepts and frameworks, such as ITIL, COBIT, or ISO 20000
  • Experience in client-facing roles or internships is a plus

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
