With the principle that "There is no production that cannot be done in Turkey," the company specializes in casting and recycling (recycling) machinery and facilities. Its superior quality approach was confirmed by the ISO 9001 certification it received in April 2006 and it has raised the bar even further with the brand and product patents it has received.
Our company began its first export in 2005, manufacturing machinery parts to Romania. Since then, our company has placed great emphasis on exports and has increased its international sales every year, with international sales (machine parts, casting machines, casting molds) accounting for 30% of its total turnover in 2007. Among the countries to which the company exports are Romania, Greece, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Colombia, Algeria, Libya, Albania, Thailand, Germany, Italy, Argentina, UAE, Tunisia, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Ukraine, Israel, Kazakhstan, Austria, Sweden, Russia, and Croatia.
Our founder, Salih ÖZATA, combines the experience and knowledge he has gained over many years in the industry with a specialized manufacturing team to produce a wide range of products in Türkiye, primarily casting and recycling machinery.
Furthermore, one of our company's key strengths is our R&D and P&D departments, which assist companies and institutions with the design and implementation of machinery and processes they need but cannot procure, cannot have manufactured, or are considering having manufactured.
Since 2010, our company began collaborating with MKEK in the Defense Industry sector. In this context, the R&D work on the NEB project with SAGE was successfully completed. As a result of the contract signed with MKEK in 2013, our company successfully completed and delivered the production of 215 sets of the NEB project. In 2017, we produced 1450 units of the Mk82-500Lb mechanical system. In 2018, we produced 155 sets of the NEB project. In 2019, we successfully completed and delivered the production of 201 sets of the NEB project. In addition, our company has become specialized in primer, resin, composite and bead (particle) application issues as a result of its studies with TÜBİTAK SAGE.
Role
Responsibilities
- Conducting market, customer, consumer, and competitor analyses,
- Conducting customer research in the target region and nationwide,
- Conducting correspondence and necessary communication with target/potential customers,
- Planning business trips, domestic and international fair organizations,
- Supporting the execution of promotional activities, campaigns, and promotions,
- Assisting the Foreign Trade/Business Development manager,
- Controlling, documenting, reporting, and archiving completed transactions,
- Monitoring export operational processes and reporting to the department manager,
- Preparing the necessary documents for customs procedures and coordinating with the customs broker,
- Archiving export operation files,
- Organizing international shipping, ensuring coordination with relevant units, and
- supporting shipment tracking, reporting to the department manager,
