About Area 4 Eco Cubes - Ella
Area 4 Eco Cubes is a boutique hotel in Ella, Sri Lanka. The hotel is built into a 12-acre natural environment, offering a relaxing escape in the mountains, designed for visitors seeking a creative and intentional travel experience, focusing on reconnection with nature and family.

Role
Responsibilities
* Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes
* Manage reservations and guest queries at the reception desk
* Operate the Property Management System (PMS) for room allocation, updates, and billing
* Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
* Generate bills, invoices, and handle KOT entries accurately
* Maintain guest records and ensure compliance with hotel policies
* Handling cash and daily cash till settlement to Residence Manager
