Role

Responsibilities
  • Act as Organon's point of contact with distributors and customers regarding payment issues, commercial agreements, account statements, and any other situation requiring some level of attention from the sales team.
  • Review, monitor, and consolidate payment requests, debit notes, or collections from our company's distributors to maintain an orderly record of commercial obligations and comply with financial agreements.
  • Coordinate payments to customers and distributors with Organon's internal teams, keeping account statements up to date and ensuring compliance with commercial agreements.
  • Report monthly on incurred expenses and project the necessary budget to meet financial commitments with our distributors.
  • Follow up and monitor distributors' compliance with commercial plans, calculate rebates obtained, analyze established objectives, and provide recommendations to the sales team so that the plans can serve as a sales accelerator for the company.
  • Audit the bonus process for the company's patient programs to ensure a fair investment in our end users.
  • Lead formal communication processes with customers and distributors.
